Job summary

Bega Group in Melbourne is seeking a Systems Lead to maximise value from key business systems by defining roadmaps, managing vendor partnerships, and aligning business needs with technical solutions.

In this role you will drive system performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement within the Operational Excellence team, ensuring scalable, measurable business value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ and PLM systems.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, licensing, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead prioritization of enhancements and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee system performance, incidents, and user training.
