Job summary

You will collaborate across business and technology to deliver scalable, measurable value, supporting The Great Australian Food Company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into system initiatives and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, licensing, budgets, and escalations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead prioritisation of enhancements, bug fixes, and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee system performance, incident management, and user training.
