Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Systems Lead to maximise value from key business systems by defining roadmaps, managing vendor partnerships and aligning business needs with technical solutions. You will work within the Operational Excellence team to drive system performance, user adoption, and strategic enhancements that support Bega Group's broader objectives.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders across functions, and ensure systems remain scalable, deliver

Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based EHSQ systems (e.g. Intelex) and PLM/recipe management systems (e.g. Hamilton Grant).
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly.
Understanding of software development lifecycles, project management methodologies (Agile/ Scrum).
Tertiary qualification in a related discipline with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned to priorities.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, licensing renewals, budgets and escalations.
Translate business needs into system initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead prioritisation of enhancements, bug fixes, and adoption initiatives.
Oversee system performance, availability, incidents, documentation and user training.
