Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Systems Lead to optimise key business systems by defining roadmaps, managing vendor partnerships, and aligning business needs with technical solutions. Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ (e.g., Intelex) and PLM/recipe management systems is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and change management practices.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Management, Science, or a related discipline with demonstrated leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities and long-term business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, licensing renewals, budgets, and escalations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead prioritisation of enhancements, bug fixes, feature requests, and adoption initiatives to maximise business value.
• Oversee system performance, availability, incident management, documentation, and user training activities.
