Working within the Operational Excellence team, you'll drive system performance, user adoption, continuous improvement, and strategic enhancements that support Bega Group's broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ and PLM/recipe systems is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear communication.
• Knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and change practices.
• Tertiary qualification with demonstrated leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, licensing, budgets and escalations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system initiatives.
• Lead prioritisation of enhancements, bugs, features and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee system performance, incident management, documentation and training.
