Job summary

Bega Cheese Limited invites an experienced Systems Lead to champion our business systems strategy and adoption. You will define roadmaps, manage vendor partnerships, and align business needs with technical solutions to drive measurable value across the organisation.

Working in the Operational Excellence team, you’ll lead system performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes for the Great Australian Food Company.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ and PLM/recipe systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/ Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned to priorities
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, budgets and escalations
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system initiatives
• Lead prioritisation of enhancements, bug fixes, and adoption initiatives
• Oversee system performance, availability, incident management, documentation and training
