Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to join its Operational Excellence team in Melbourne. You will drive continuous improvement by aligning technical capabilities with business requirements through configuration, analysis and user empowerment.

You will gather requirements, coordinate UATs, configure enterprise systems and support data governance while creating training materials to boost user adoption and system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ (e.g. Intelex) and PLM/recipe management systems is highly regarded.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and stakeholder management in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders, map processes, and translate needs into system improvements.
• Configure enterprise platforms via low-code solutions with fields, rules, and enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity and governance through audits and monitoring.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support release implementation.
• Develop user documentation and deliver training to drive system adoption.
