Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ (eg. Intelex) and PLM/recipe management (eg. Hamilton Grant) systems is highly regarded.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and UAT coordination; translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and how to deliver software projects.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivering practical outcomes in complex environments.
• Qualifications in Information Systems, Business Analysis, IT, or a related discipline, with an interest in continuous improvement and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate business and regulatory needs into prioritised system improvements.
• Configure enterprise platforms through low-code solutions, including custom fields, validation rules, and system enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and security through audits, monitoring, and data governance activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document defects, and support successful release implementation.
• Develop user documentation, deliver training, and drive system adoption through ongoing support and performance monitoring
