Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Lead to advance our automated distribution centre (ADC) operations within a dynamic supply chain environment. You will lead a four-person team, shaping systems frameworks, standards and processes while partnering with ADC Operations, Coles Technology and external partners like WITRON.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and systems knowledge in automated supply chain contexts.
• Proven people leadership with ability to coach and build capability.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably WITRON WMS.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management, security oversight, governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and embed new systems frameworks across ADC operations.
• Lead design, development, testing and optimisation of technical services.
• Govern system releases and deployments, managing risks and dependencies.
• Own testing strategies and uplift capability in governance and security.
