Coles Group seeks a Team Member in Training for our Kemps Creek Automated Distribution Centre (ADC). You will help move grocery products through the supply chain, identify items, and operate MHE in a climate-controlled environment.

You will receive on-floor training, support for growth, and access to a range of Coles benefits. This is a full-time role with afternoon shifts Tuesday to Saturday at Kemps Creek.

About the role

We’re looking for Team Members to work in our new state-of-the-art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located at Kemps Creek. These roles will be key in moving grocery products through our supply chain to provide seamless in-store experiences for our customers.

As a Team Member, you’ll undertake a broad range of duties to support the ADC’s operation including correctly identifying products and consumables, loading, unloading, picking, wrapping, moving, stacking, unstacking, tote handling, picking product into totes, decanting processes utilising material handling equipment (MHE) and the ADC’s equipment and completing housekeeping tasks.
