Job summary

Coles Group seeks a Team Member in Training for our Kemps Creek Automated Distribution Centre (ADC). You will help move grocery products through the supply chain, identify items, and operate MHE in a climate-controlled environment.

You will receive on-floor training, support for growth, and access to a range of Coles benefits. This is a full-time role with afternoon shifts Tuesday to Saturday at Kemps Creek.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions.
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Identify products and consumables accurately and handle loading/unloading.
• Pick products into totes and decant using material handling equipment and ADC equipment.
• Wrap, move, stack and unstack items and maintain housekeeping tasks.
