As Systems Lead, you'll play a key role in the next phase of our supply chain reset, helping shape the systems, frameworks and processes that support our automated distribution centres (ADCs). You'll lead a team of four and work closely with ADC Operations, Coles Technology and external partners including WITRON to strengthen technical capability, cyber governance, security and continuous improvement.

You're an experienced systems or technology leader with a strong background in supply chain, warehousing or logistics environments, and you know how to turn complex technical issues into clear, practical action. Just as importantly, you're an engaging people person who builds trust quickly, brings teams and partners with you, and is comfortable leading through significant change.
