Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking an ADC Optimisation Specialist to advance our automated distribution centres. You will analyse systems, implement improvements and work across Coles Technology, ADC Operations and external partners including WITRON to deliver practical enhancements for our teams and customers.

You will combine hands-on system knowledge with strong stakeholder skills, turning complex problems into efficient, scalable solutions while maintaining security and quality controls in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience with automation, supply chain or warehouse systems in a complex operational environment.
• Strong ability to analyse issues and develop practical technical solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence across technical, operational and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing automation systems and identify opportunities to improve functionality, performance and processes.
• Support the development and delivery of new technical solutions meeting operational and customer needs.
• Govern system releases, testing and quality assurance activities in line with agreed ways of working.
• Create clear technical, configuration and user documentation supporting consistent operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement security standards, manage risks and support compliance.
• Use data and insights to identify improvement opportunities and support business cases.
