• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex ICT or transformation environments.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of key business and technology initiatives across the organisation. Working with a range of stakeholders, this role will focus on analysing business problems, understanding desired outcomes, and defining what success looks like before solutions are implemented. The discovery work has largely been completed, and the council is now seeking a BA who can work through the problem space, assess impacts, identify opportunities, and establish clear target-state outcomes that technology can ultimately enable. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring initiatives remain outcome-focused and aligned to organisational objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at a strategic level, helping stakeholders define tangible business benefits, measurable outcomes, and a clear vision for future-state operations.
