NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking a Systems Administration Coordinator to support the transition of InEight into BAU operations. You will own the product, administer the system and provide specialist user support across SCS digital systems to ensure a standardised and effective use.
You will coordinate upgrades, governance, data quality and performance, translating business feedback into practical improvements that boost productivity and service delivery.
As the Systems Administration Coordinator you will play a central role in supporting SCS to successfully transition InEight from project implementation into business-as-usual operations. The role will provide dedicated product ownership, system administration and specialist user support for InEight and related SCS digital systems, helping ensure staff can use the platform in a standardised and effective way across the organisation.
The role will manage the systems support function and support the connection between InEight and other SCS business systems to reduce continuity risks and improve governance. It will coordinate system improvements, keep policies, standards and procedures up to date, and monitor system performance, data quality and user experience. The role will use feedback from the business to make practical improvements that support productivity, efficiency and reliable service delivery across SCS.
We're looking for a person who is organised, proactive and customer focused, with experience providing high quality project and business services in a busy, high volume environment.
