Job summary

NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking a Systems Administration Coordinator to support the transition of InEight into BAU operations. You will own the product, administer the system and provide specialist user support across SCS digital systems to ensure a standardised and effective use.

You will coordinate upgrades, governance, data quality and performance, translating business feedback into practical improvements that boost productivity and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Specialist product ownership and system administration experience for business systems; InEight experience highly regarded.
• Ability to manage upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated product ownership and system administration for InEight and related SCS digital systems.
• Coordinate system improvements, keep policies, standards and procedures up to date.
• Monitor system performance, data quality and user experience.
• Support training, user adoption, and develop clear user guides and documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to address enablement and governance needs.
