Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join a growing Australian sales consultancy. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, generate and qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the sales team.

Collaborate with a seasoned sales leader, use AI-enabled outreach, and leverage CRM tools. The role requires at least 2 years in SDR/BDR, excellent English, and comfort speaking with Australian business owners during Australian business

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or appointment setting, preferably B2B for Australian clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding meeting-booking targets with measurable results.
Confident cold caller with ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
Excellent spoken and written English for an Australian audience.

Responsibilities

Prospect outbound via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate opportunities.
Research and build targeted lists of decision-makers across industries.
Qualify leads against criteria before handing to the sales team.
Book discovery calls and strategy sessions into the calendar.
Follow up with inbound leads and past inquiries.
Engage in multi-touch follow-ups and re-engage stalled leads.
Log calls, emails, and outcomes in the CRM and maintain data accuracy.
Hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets; report metrics.
Refine scripts and templates with the sales leader.
Use AI tools to research prospects and tailor outreach.
