Spring is one of our busiest seasons, bringing increased customer demand and creating opportunities to help more people protect their homes and businesses from pests.

At Flick Pest Control, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Mildura. This full-time role combines inbound customer enquiries with proactive outbound customer engagement, helping people find the right pest control solutions while supporting the continued growth of our business.

You'll work with both new and existing customers, converting enquiries into bookings, following up quotations, identifying customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing
