Flick Pest Control is seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Consultant to handle inbound inquiries and drive outbound sales. You will convert enquiries into bookings, follow up quotes, and identify opportunities while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, contact centres, customer service or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A goal-oriented mindset and desire to earn commission
• Experience in retail, hospitality, telecommunications, insurance, banking, collections or contact centres will be highly regarded

At Flick Pest Control, we're looking for motivated and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Contact Centre team. This is a fast-paced role that combines inbound enquiries with outbound sales activity, helping customers find the right pest control solutions while driving business growth.

You'll work with a combination of new and existing customers, converting enquiries into bookings, following up quotes, identifying opportunities and building lasting customer relationships.
