Job summary

Stone Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support & Planning Coordinator in Sydney CBD to join our client’s team. The role blends sales support, reporting, order management and planning, working with sales, finance and logistics. Five days on-site in CBD office.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will keep sales operations running smoothly, develop processes, and contribute to reporting as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management, administration or a similar coordination role.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems, with SAP experience a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, invoicing and settlements.
• Liaise with dealers, customers and finance providers for orders and payments.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards and KPI updates for business decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order information across CRM/ERP systems.
