Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist for on-site events in Sydney, Australia. You will manage all logistics, coordinate staffing, and serve as the hands-on on-site presence with a focus on memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Experience handling complex, large-scale events.
• Ability to travel locally for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details, shipping materials, and staffing.
• Be the day-of hands-on onsite coordinator for events.
• Set up, align with onsite team, tear down, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Be the Visit.org representative, leader, and problem solver at events.
• Manage check-in and welcome guests.
