Jomablue is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile customer projects from our Sydney hub. You will own delivery, nurture key stakeholder relationships, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and mentor delivery teams to scale operations globally.

Based in Ultimo, Sydney, this permanent role requires travel and a passion for SaaS-enabled event experiences, with a strong focus on customer-centric delivery and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in event delivery, customer success, or project management.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects.
• Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders and manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead onboarding, onboarding, and performance development within the hub.
