Qualifications

• Relevant experience in BMS, HVAC, mechanical services, energy efficiency, building services or a related industry.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, everyday language.
• Commercially curious, driven and motivated.
• Comfortable networking, meeting new people and building relationships.
• Self‑motivated while also working well as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in energy efficiency and building performance.
• Previous sales experience not essential for candidates with a technical background and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs, challenges and commercial priorities
• Identify opportunities for additional services and projects
• Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and industry events
• Work with our engineering team to develop practical solutions and proposals
• Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Progressively develop your own client network and business opportunities
