Job summary

Nexia Sydney is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our Marketing and Business Development team in the Sydney CBD. You will identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support growth objectives through practical BD initiatives.

Working with Partners and senior leaders, you will lead campaigns, analyze market and client data, and deliver internal BD training programs. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that offers influence across the firm and a clear path

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience, preferably in professional services.
• Energetic team player with curiosity and initiative.
• Strong client service focus and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to lead change and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess partnership, sponsorship and referral opportunities to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with Partners to grow industry specialisations through BD campaigns and thought leadership.
• Analyze market, competitor and client data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop and deliver internal business development training programs.
