You will build relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and developers, manage pipelines in SFDC, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and hunting mindset.
• 5-10+ years of sales experience in HVAC/building solutions or related industries.
• Strong consultative and value-based sales approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of digital service offerings and emerging technologies.
• Experience with pipelines, forecasting, and CRM (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies to grow the Applied Solutions business.
• Identify, pursue, and secure profitable new business opportunities across your territory.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, owners, government agencies, and developers.
• Influence project specifications to include Johnson Controls products, systems, and solutions.
• Lead the preparation and submission of compelling sales proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions.
• Deliver secured sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations for growth.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximise satisfaction.
• Represent Johnson Controls with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
• Ensure compliance with Ethics, Safety, and Corporate Governance requirements.
• Monitor and report sales performance, collections, backlog, inventory, and related metrics.
