Job summary

Trippas White Group at Sydney Opera House is seeking a Wedding and Event Sales & Coordinator to manage end-to-end planning and sales for weddings and celebrations across multiple venues in Sydney.

Based in the iconic Sydney Opera House offices, you will coordinate client requirements, site visits, and handover to the Operations Team, delivering a polished, professional experience for every client while contributing to a high-performing events team.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role in events or hospitality.
• Proven success coordinating detailed wedding and celebration events.
• Strong sales experience and ability to upsell the venue.
• Experience in managing, organizing and coordinating site visits.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong client liaison and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sales and coordination of weddings and events.
• Coordinate planning and delivery across multi-venue operations.
• Handover event service to Operations Team ensuring smooth transitions.
• Work from Sydney Opera House offices as part of a high-performing team.
• Maintain professional, courteous and efficient service.
