Job summary

Peninsula is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager for NSW to own new business development, build a personal pipeline and close opportunities. This pure BDM role involves prospecting, presenting market-leading HR, Workplace Relations and Health & Safety solutions to business owners, and creating long-term client relationships with no account management burden.

You’ll work with warm leads, have uncapped commission, accelerators and quarterly bonuses, and a base up to $150K with

Qualifications

• Proven success in new business development or field sales.
• Ability to build pipeline and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand challenges and present Peninsula's market leading solutions.
• Manage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce.
• Consistently aim to meet activity, revenue and conversion targets.
• Build long-term relationships across the Australian SME market.
• Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and business development activity.
