Job summary

FP Markets in Sydney is seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist to deliver a smooth client experience across phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with queries while guiding them on our products, website, and trading platforms.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help build trust, resolve issues efficiently, and support clients throughout their trading journey. English fluency and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge and experience in FX, CFD industry will be considered advantageous.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of additional language will be an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
• Educating clients on how to use the Company's website and trading platforms
• Communicating with clients regarding the company's products and services via telephone, email and live chat
• Assisting other departments
