Job summary

ASX is seeking a technically capable customer-facing support professional to act as the first point of contact for queries related to ASX Markets and Information Systems. The role involves ensuring high-quality support, monitoring customer connectivity, and preparing for system and product releases to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will work closely with Operations, IT and Business Development teams to enhance the customer journey, participate in production and development

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a customer facing technical support role.
• Understanding of the Australian financial markets.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
