Qualifications

• Polished phone manner with strong verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of financial markets, focusing on forex and CFD trading.
• Experience with MT4 platform and MetaQuotes apps is essential.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Follow account opening processes.
• Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer support queries via live chat, email and phone.
• Answer inbound calls and direct queries appropriately.
• Receive full training for the role.
