Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a leading global Asset Manager in Sydney. The role is initial 6-month contract with potential extension or permanent opportunity, based in the Sydney office 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate has six or more years of EA experience in financial services, strong communication, and proven ability to manage high-volume travel and complex schedules for a team of bankers.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years’ EA experience in financial services or similar professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting a team of bankers or professionals with high travel needs.

Responsibilities

• Extensive, complex diary management for internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences.
• Maintain team diaries and contacts; answer phones and manage messages.
• Coordinate travel, flights and accommodation following travel policy.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for the team.
• Assist bankers with research, project materials and general admin tasks.
• Coordinate couriers, mail distribution and document production as needed.
• Organise client entertainment and events with the Events Manager.
• Foster a cohesive EA team environment and provide cover during absences.
