Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting in Sydney is seeking a Team Assistant to support two Heads of business and their teams. The role is internal/external facing, requiring superb organisation and communication and the ability to partner with executives, investment management teams, and support functions.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years' experience as a Team Assistant/PA/Junior EA within financial services or asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as Team Assistant/PA/Junior EA in financial services or asset management
• Pro-active and able to use initiative and think laterally
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Diary, calendar and email management for senior Heads
• Organising meetings with investors, brokers and debt providers
• Assist with Board coordination with Company-Secretary
• Prepare investor and Treasury papers for Boards and Committees
• Arrange domestic and international travel for the team
• Maintain CRM data and investor meeting notes
