Stanford Swim School Company is seeking a proactive Swim School Manager in Brisbane to oversee the successful operation and growth of the location.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure quality learn-to-swim programs and create a positive customer experience for families in the community.

Qualifications

• Swim school experience is desirable, but training will be provided.
• Dedication, positive personality and passion are key attributes.

• Drive enrolment growth, customer retention and overall business performance.
• Lead, support and develop a team of swim instructors and customer service staff.
• Build strong relationships with families and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage daily operations, staff rostering and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance against targets and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Create a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the business and community position.

As Swim School Manager you will take responsibility for the successful operation and ongoing growth of your location. You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, developing a high-performing team and ensuring our swim school continues to deliver quality learn-to-swim programs to the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• driving enrolment growth, customer retention and overall business performance.
• leading, supporting and developing a team of swim instructors and customer service staff
• building strong relationships with families and delivering outstanding customer service
• managing daily operations, staff rostering and resource allocation
• monitoring performance against targets and implementing strategies to achieve results
• maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence
