Job summary

Carlile Swim is seeking a Swim School Manager to lead our Karrinyup centre in Perth, overseeing people, operations and performance, while championing teaching quality and exceptional family experiences across the program.

You will develop and empower your team, coach the leadership group, manage rostering, budgets and customer relationships, and stay hands-on with shifts to keep service standards high and safeguarding at the core.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Experience managing daily operations, staffing, rosters and performance.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Commercial awareness and experience working towards operational and financial targets.
• Strong organisation, problem solving and decision making skills.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to safety and team culture.
• Experience within aquatics, swim schools, recreation or a similar environment will be highly regarded.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Lead, you will oversee the people, operations and performance of the swim school.

Working closely with your Program Manager and Customer Experience Manager, you will coach and support your leadership team while remaining hands on through regular rostered shifts in the program.

In This Role, You Will
