Job summary

BlueFit in Melbourne's Sandringham area seeks a dedicated Swim School Manager to lead the Learn to Swim program and daily facility operations. You will mentor instructors, engage with parents, and uphold the highest safety and service standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, foster a collaborative team culture, and create a welcoming aquatic environment for all ages.

Qualifications

• Swim teaching qualification SISSS00112 or equivalent.
• Valid VIC Working with Children Check (Employee status).

Responsibilities

• Own Learn to Swim program and daily facility operations.
• Mentor instructors and engage with parents.
• Maintain safety and service quality to high standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve program quality and retention.
