Job summary

EOS Defence Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Support Coordinator (Sustainment / Aftermarket) to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and Sustainment team in Australia. The role covers quotations, orders, inventory tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure sustainment activities run on schedule.

You will liaise with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production and Warehouse teams, maintain records, and help with routine reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administration, project support, manufacturing, logistics, or similar coordination roles.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day sustainment and aftermarket activities.
• Maintain project schedules, action registers, records, and documentation.
• Process customer quotation requests and track them through review and approval workflows.
• Monitor customer orders and provide updates on order status, lead times, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to support project requirements.
• Assist with inventory tracking, material requests, stock transfers, and shipment activities.
• Follow up on engineering documentation and part release status as required.
• Maintain accurate project, customer, and inventory information within business systems.
• Prepare routine reports on quotations, orders, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Escalate potential risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
