Job summary

Electro Optic Systems in Canberra is seeking a Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join the growing Supply Chain team. You will coordinate supplier compliance activities, maintain audit-ready records and collaborate across procurement, legal, quality and finance to mitigate risks.

The role is a full-time fixed-term 12-month position at Hume/Canberra with a proactive, process-driven approach to ensure governance and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier onboarding, procurement administration, compliance, governance or regulated supply chains.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage registers and evidence repositories.
• Excellent communication to coordinate input across teams and suppliers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; ERP/MRP experience desirable.

EOS Defence Systems is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team in Hume. About The Role

You will coordinate supplier compliance activities across the supplier lifecycle, helping ensure supplier records, evidence, onboarding reviews, risk information, remediation actions and reporting are accurate, current and audit-ready. Working closely with procurement, legal, trade compliance, quality, finance, ICT, WHS, security and supplier stakeholders, you will help turn complex compliance requirements into clear actions and reliable business insight.

This is a full-time Fixed Term position for 12 months based at Hume (Canberra).

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in supplier onboarding, procurement administration, compliance, quality, governance or regulated supply chain environments.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining registers, evidence repositories, action trackers and controlled records.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate input across internal teams and suppliers.
• Capability with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Lists, Teams, Excel, Planner and Power BI, with ERP or MRP experience desirable.
• A proactive, process-disciplined approach and sound judgement when identifying gaps, risks and escalation points.
