Sustainment Project Coordinator - Aftermarket Support

Job summary

EOS group is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to assist the Project Manager with sustainment and aftermarket activities. You will manage schedules, quotations, orders, and inventory, coordinating across Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and hands-on experience with MS Office. Defence or logistics exposure is a plus, with ERP systems experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in administration, project support or similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Basic to intermediate technical aptitude; willingness to learn engineering docs.
• Defence, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or sustainment experience (desirable).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, Oracle).
• Understanding of inventory management, procurement or logistics processes.
• Exposure to BOMs and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day sustainment and aftermarket activities.
• Maintain project schedules, action registers, records, and documentation.
• Process quotations and track through review and approval workflows.
• Monitor customer orders and provide updates on status and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production and Warehouse teams.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock transfers, and shipment activities.
• Follow up on engineering documentation and part release status.
• Maintain accurate project, customer, and inventory information in business systems.
• Prepare routine reports on quotations, orders, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager.
