Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking a Sustainment Lead to coordinate operational support, maintenance and lifecycle activities across complex ICT systems from our Canberra office.

The role requires leading ICT sustainment teams, coordinating incidents and changes, and ensuring documentation and performance monitoring are up to date. A strong focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ICT sustainment or operational support teams.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, configuration and release management.
• Experience with ITSM, asset management and monitoring tools.
• Strong technical coordination and stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance, upgrades, patches and lifecycle support.
• Coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents, defects and recurring problems.
• Manage sustainment priorities, resources, risks and system obsolescence.
• Maintain support documentation, configuration records and operational readiness.
• Monitor reliability, availability and support performance.
