Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Canberra to oversee ICT service delivery, manage stakeholder relationships and drive continuous service improvements.

You will coordinate incident, problem, change and service requests, lead escalations, and oversee service transition and continuity while managing suppliers and delivery teams to mitigate operational risk.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ICT services from end to end.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and governance experience.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and service dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

• Strong customer engagement, supplier management and leadership skills.

Security Clearance: Current NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
