Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking experienced Test Managers to lead testing across complex ICT projects in Canberra. A current NV2 or TSPV clearance is required, with opportunities to shape test strategies, environments and delivery readiness across a government ICT program.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in test management, defect tracking and CI/CD practices, paired with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. This role is based on-site in Canberra.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing testing across complex ICT projects.
• Experience with test management, defect tracking and reporting tools.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, estimates and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Manage test teams, environments, coverage, defects and delivery risks.
• Report test outcomes and provide release readiness recommendations.
