IAG is seeking a Sustain Platforms Manager to lead teams maintaining critical business applications while driving transformation and modernisation. The role emphasizes balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement, ensuring platforms remain reliable, secure and cost-effective to support a changing tech landscape.

Based in Aotearoa with options in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, you will collaborate with vendors, technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver

• Experience leading technology teams through change, transformation or operational improvement.
• Ability to balance business priorities with platform health and cost optimisation.
• Strong governance, prioritisation and performance monitoring capabilities.

• Lead teams responsible for business-critical platforms during transformation.
• Define and deliver platform sustainment strategies balancing value, stability, risk and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance platform performance and resilience.
• Partner with vendors, technology teams and stakeholders to manage support services and delivery outcomes.
