Qualifications

• Experience leading large scale technology transformation or modernisation programs.
• Strong people leadership skills with focus on capability building.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving clarity during change.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex partner relationships.
• Knowledge of software delivery, agile ways of working, and AI/Engineering practices.
• Commercial and vendor management experience supporting delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for strategic platforms aligned to business growth and transformation goals.
• Lead platform modernisation and uplift initiatives that improve capability and simplify technology landscapes.
• Build and lead high performing teams, developing internal capability through AI and engineering practices.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to shape future platform requirements.
• Oversee major programs and platform evolution, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure for future needs.
• Guide investment prioritisation, governance, and portfolio performance to maximise value.
