IAG is seeking a Strategic Platforms Manager to lead the platforms powering our future state across Australia. You’ll drive modernization, build capable teams, and partner with senior stakeholders, vendors and technology groups to shape platform strategy and delivery.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will oversee major programs, ensure scalable and secure platform evolution, and steer investment governance to maximise business value through technology.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Builds capability and engagement across teams.
• Influences senior stakeholders and manages complex partner relationships.
• Knowledge of software delivery, agile ways of working, and emerging AI/engineering practices.
