Job summary

Lantern Regional Services PTY LTD – Bathurst NSW is seeking energetic Support Workers for Residential and Community Participation roles. Casual positions with potential to move to permanent part-time.

You will support customers at home and in the community, with a 24/7 roster and range of shifts including overnights. Applicants should have Cert III Disability or similar, First Aid/CPR, NDISWCheck or willingness to apply, WWCC, and a valid Australian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people who display behaviours of concern.
• Experience in providing personal care supports.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willing to apply).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Australian driver’s license.
• Experience in disability sector and data/report writing.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in their home and in the community.
• Work independently or in a team within a 24/7 roster.
• Utilise data collection and reporting tools as required.
