Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is offering multiple Disability Support Worker positions in Bathurst. You will join a dedicated team providing 24/7 care in supported independent living settings, delivering personal care and helping clients connect with the community.

Successful applicants will be available for flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends, and must have a driver’s licence and the ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work shift work including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check before starting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and smartphone usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist clients to access community connections and social activities.
• Support clients in a 24/7 SIL/Group Home environment.
• Maintain a safe, respectful and nurturing environment for clients.
