Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services in Orange NSW is seeking a flexible Support Worker to deliver Day Program and Community Participation activities. You’ll help clients participate in outdoor pursuits, build confidence and learn practical living skills while staying active in the community.

This role involves travel to Bathurst and other destinations, cooking, shopping and safety-aware activity planning. You'll be part of a person-centred team that supports independence and meaningful daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or community participation roles.
• Willingness to travel to community destinations.
• Current Driver Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in outdoor and active pursuits with clients.
• Travel to Bathurst and other agreed destinations.
• Cook and develop practical living skills with participants.
• Assist clients to build independence and confidence in the community.
• Support clients to make choices and work toward personal goals.
