Job summary

Sunnyfield in Sydney is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker for a casual role with flexible hours. You will deliver personalised support to help participants live independently, assist with personal care and daily living, support social activities and skill development, and build positive relationships with participants and their families.

You will maintain accurate records, follow safe practices, and work as part of a supportive, team‑oriented culture with training and peer guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
