Job summary

Sunnyfield is offering roles in Tweed Heads with regular rosters and shifts including day, afternoon, and possible wakeovers. You will provide personalised support to help participants build independence and assist with daily living tasks.

Join a supportive, team‑oriented culture with training and peer guidance, using your experience in disability to help people live, learn, work and belong. A current driver’s license and clear checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or care roles.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and reliability.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.
• Ability to remain calm or confident when supporting people with complex behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support to build independence.
