Job summary

Sunnyfield in New South Wales is looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide personalised assistance, helping participants gain independence, develop skills and engage in meaningful activities.

You'll work mornings and afternoons, support personal care and daily living, build positive relationships with participants and families, and maintain accurate records and safe practices. Clear checks and a current driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in disability support.
• Availability for mornings and afternoons.
• Clear NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History checks.
• Hold a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support that builds independence and self-reliance for participants.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support social activities and skill development for participants.
• Build positive relationships with participants and families.
